In addition to daily stories by our contributors, our weekly Storytime Saturday roundup highlights the week’s published stories, news and writing opportunities, and invites writers to share their work in the comments. All are welcome!

Write for The Memoirist
We welcome memoirs and personal essays based on personal experience. Please make sure your submission fits the creative nonfiction genre.

Once you are accepted, you should be able to see The Memoirist in your Dashboard drop-down.
Copy your draft post—do not publish—into The Memoirist. Previously published pieces are welcome.
Please submit finalized drafts. I will not be proofreading or editing, so make sure your pieces are polished.
I'll review your draft and schedule it for publication. Please anticipate approximately six to eight weeks between submission and publication, depending on our current queue.
